We were using Material Design Lite. With the help of Adobe Support, we identified this class as the culprit:.mdl-layout__container {    position: absolute;    width: 100%;    height: 100%;}I had to remove it completely (showed up twice in the OOTB MDL CSS), but that did the trick.
