Profile Enabled Schema Deletion - Lower Environments

Description - It would be beneficial to have the ability to delete profile-enabled schemas, specifically in lower environments

Why is this feature important to you - Dev's that are 'learning' how to use AEP/RTCDP may incorrectly enabled schemas for profile, thus causing any type of schema clean-up efforts, unable to be completed.

How would you like the feature to work - The simple ability to remove enabled toggle, once tied dataset is removed from schema.

Current Behaviour - Unable to be currently done, verified this with adobe support that the ability was taken away due to issues.

This is an important feature, it helps keep the platform Schema clean and current to the active data architecture. It would also help remove irrelevant fields (from Profile Schema) in Audiences, helping business stakeholders only choose active fields.

Hi All,

Do we have this feature of deleting profile enabled schema ? is there any workaround of getting rid of unused schemas ?

@SantoshRa5 As of now, this is still not possible at the schema level. We can disable the datasets that feed the schemas, but the schema itself can only be marked as un-usable
