Customer AI model Expiration

Hi all,  @_Manoj_Kumar_ @nnakirikanti @dhanesh04s @an1989 @renatoz28 @brekrut @ccg1706 @somen-sarkar @saswataghosh @NickMannion

I was wondering if customer AI instance expires after outcome period or it goes on until its manually disabled?

For example, if model/customer AI instance is created to predict some goal condition in next 30 days, will the instance expire after 30 days or will it go on and the next 30 days outcome window will act as a floating window, which always calculates goal condition in next 30 days from when instance is evaluated?

Hello @SahuSa1

When a model or Customer AI instance is created to predict a goal condition in the next 30 days, the instance will not expire after 30 days. Instead, the next 30 days outcome window will act as a floating window, which always calculates the goal condition in the next 30 days from when the instance is evaluated.

This means that the instance will continue to predict the likelihood of the goal condition occurring in the next 30 days, and the prediction window will automatically shift forward as time progresses. As a result, the instance will provide ongoing predictions for the specified goal condition, ensuring that you have continuous insights into the likelihood of the condition occurring within the defined timeframe.

This approach allows for the continuous evaluation of the goal condition, ensuring that you have up-to-date predictions and insights to inform your decision-making processes.
