shut down comms outside of certain hours

Hi, I'm looking for a way to configure AJO so that messages will not be sent outside of certain 'office' hours. Is there a global setting (like a typology rule)? or if not does anyone have code that can be used in a journey?

Hi @marc_stowe_za , Quiet Hours is on the Journey Optimizer Roadmap for the first half of 2025, though I don't have a more specific date to give you yet.

 

Quiet Hours will let you limit messages to customers by setting rules for specific channels and time frames. For example, practitioners can prevent messages from going out on weekends, customer holidays, or in the middle of the night based on the customer's time zone.
