Item Catalog - what is it about? It is like product feed? 

I totally get Offer Collections and Decisions.

In AJO Experience Decisioning, the Item Catalog is a repository of all possible decision elements, like offers. A Decision Item is a specific element selected from the catalog for use in decision-making. A Collection groups related decision items together for easier management and decision processes. These components work together to enable personalized and data-driven decisions by organizing and applying relevant items in decision flows.
