Customers have asked, is the AI Assistant Content Accelerator is a free feature or if it requires a paid add-on?
Great question; existing AJO Prime and Ultimate customers can reach out to their Adobe POC or contact me here at aiassistant-contentaccelerator@adobe.com to receive the Generative AI addendum to sign to access the feature. The AI Assistant Content Accelerator is included, and its usage is measured through Generative Actions. Each time you generate content (text, images, or HTML), it consumes a certain number of Generative Actions. If you exceed your allocated amount of Generative Actions, you can purchase additional actions through a paid upsell SKU, ensuring you can continue using the tool without interruption. The number of Generative Actions is based on the number of Active Profiles licensed and described here https://helpx.adobe.com/legal/product-descriptions/adobe-journey-optimizer.html
Hi experts,
Can the customers test the AI Assistant Content Accelerator in their own instance?
Yes! The feature is available to AJO Prime and Ultimate customers or can be tested from ExL directly here https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/apps/journey-optimizer/ai-assistant-content-accelerator. You can try it out and see firsthand how it speeds up your workflow, helps you scale personalized campaigns, and maintains your brand's voice. It’s a great way to evaluate how the tool fits into your team’s processes. Reach out to you Adobe POC or contact me here at aiassistant-contentaccelerator@adobe.com to receive the Generative AI addendum to sign to access the feature.
Hi! Do you have any examples of how folks are using AI Assistant for knowledge and insights? For content acceleration, how does a brand stay within guidelines when producing variants?
For Content Accelerator, it has been designed to generate content that aligns with your brand’s voice and style. Through simple prompts, you can specify tone, themes, and communication strategies, and the AI transforms those inputs into marketing content that fits within your brand guidelines. Additionally, you can upload brand collateral such as logos, fonts, and key messaging guidelines so that the AI can generate content that’s even more tailored to your brand’s identity. This ensures consistency and relevance across all customer interactions while enabling rapid content production and experimentation. For Product Knowledge, you can ask questions like “What is the difference between a campaign and a journey?” or “Can I run an email experiment?”
For Operational Insights “Which segments have never been activated to destinations or journeys?” related to usage or “Show me all segments which are activated to a specific destinations or a journey” related to lineage or “Do I have any journeys that have never been used, or have “test” in the name?” for data hygiene (very important!)
Thanks for the question, Ariel! Customers are using operational insights to understand lineage between their objects, practice good sandbox hygiene, and for a more powerful search mechanism. We have a whole library of example prompts here, as well as in product under the discoverability light bulb!
Thanks @ArthurLacroix, @asults, @Rachel_Hanessia, @avannarath and @SHausmann for taking the time to answer the customer queries and sharing your insights. It was supremely helpful.
