I have two question I'm hoping someone can help, thank you in advance.

 

1. How do I request to update to the latest license version. We are running version 6.5.22 ( will upgrade to 6.5.23) but the product displays 6.2.0. We need to have 6.5.23. Please see attached screen shot.

 

2. How to I request entitlement to open a ticket for future support.

The product version number (e.g., AEM 6.5.22) is separate from the license version number that may be displayed in the product. The product version is a technical detail of the software you have installed, while the license version is tied to your contract with Adobe.

In AEM 6.x, licenses are typically provided as a license.properties file that you place alongside the AEM QuickStart JAR file. The fact that the product displays "6.2.0" might indicate how the license file is being read or that an outdated license file is in place.

 

You may want to update that file (request another one) and replace it on your setup and restart AEM - probably that will reflect what you are looking for.
