I'm facing an issue with installing AEM (Windows)

Hi everyone,

I'm having trouble with the AEM installation. I follow the process of creating the two folders author and publish and renaming their installers. When I click normally, nothing happens, it creates the folder but it's empty. However, when I run it through the cmd, it seems to follow the installation, creates the same folder but this time with content, asks me to create a password and repeat it, then just that, it doesn't open a window as it should in the manuals, if I enter the localhost on the port it doesn't find it. Does anyone know what I can do? My Java version is 21.

Thanks! =D

Hi @GuilhermePe1 Currently AEM only supports JDK 8 & 11. So please try starting your instance by using either of them.

For AEM On Prem/Managed Services Java 17 should be available in few months - https://adapt.to/2024/schedule/aem-65-and-java-17

Thanks

Narendra
