Failure message "Process implementation not found" for step DXML Asset Post Processing

Hello,

I have received an error message for a file. It is AEM cloud, Guides version 2406.

Failure message:

Process implementation not found: com.adobe.fmdita.postprocess.PostProcessJobInitiator

I have not received this message for any other files. The message was generated for an earlier version, and the file in question has been checked out/in several times since then without any further messages. There is a warning icon and message in the Assets list display Workflow column for the file and an entry in the Timeline that displays when the error occurred. 

Does anyone know how to resolve this issue or why it would have occurred?

@Robin-M : did it occur for one/some assets uploading during a timeframe?

The logs have to be checked on the server to know why it happened - my suspect some deployment was happening at that time when the related class/code was getting refreshed on server.

However you should raise a support ticket to first get the reason before error is cleaned up.

It happened for one asset. I will open a support ticket as you suggest to see if the reason it happened is clear.
