Not able to author adaptive forms in universal editor aem edge delivery services

I am writing to report an error we are experiencing while authoring adaptive forms in universal editor. Please find the below error occurs while trying to author Adaptive forms in universal editor,

I hope the Forms add-on is already enabled in your environment. Could you please ensure you are using the latest version of the Forms Core Component?

Yes, Forms add on is already enabled & I have recently enabled forms core components. Please find the below screenshot for reference,

Also Please find the attached maven build issue error logs which we got while deploying the code after enabling form core components.
