How to Launch ADTM, did not previously use Legacy

Hi,

Our company is new to using ADTM.  We would love to get some more information on how to launch ADTM when we are already running tagging for AA, but have not previously used Legacy Adobe Tag Manager. What are the first steps we will need to take when setting up this program?
