Copying DTM web Property from one account to another?

Hi,

Is it possible to copy DTM web property from one account to another?

No. You can not copy Web Properties. You can only copy Rules and Data Elements from a web property to another. The Web Properties can also be under different accounts, but the user should have access to both under the same login.
