I tried looking for an answer online but couldn't find something to address this exact scenario.
We have an XT activity on a Home Page, showing to different Hero creative to different segments (which were created in Adobe Analytics and shared to the Experience Cloud).
The targeting of these segments seem fine. However, the content shown sometimes is not. We're changing the Hero Image (background image) successfully, but the copy sometimes shows the default experience. I wasn't able to replicate this on my laptop, but a couple of people in our team have seem 2 different personalised background images, both with the default copy (not the personalised copy).
Both image href and actual text to be personalised have been changed in the same piece of code via a HTML modification, so my assumption is that if Target is pulling the right image, it should also pull the right text.
Is there any other reason for this behaviour other then caching?
