Target VEC - Web SDK - Rendering Issues

Avatar

Level 2

Hi Team,

While loading the Target VEC experiences with Web SDK - we are noticing that in a specific experience, one of the action is not rendering onto the page, whereas all other actions are rendering fine. Also, this is rendering fine in edit mode but not working on live or preview mode. The change is a simple text replace. Did any of you notice any of such issues or any troubleshooting steps would be a great help.

Thanks in advance..!

Hi @satyanarayanam1

Your description of the issue suggests that it might be an issue of using a selector of the page which is not recognized by Target while delivering a content. Are you using Dynamic names for div elements or css selectors of the page?

You may try using different css selector configuration to resolve this issue for you.
