Hey all,
It seems that my order confirmation mBox is pulling in extra data when someone successfully completes a test.
During my testing of the campaign, when i successfully complete the conversion instead of reporting that a single user converted Adobe Target report that many, many more have converted. I believe it has something to do with the Order Confirmation mBox but any guidance would be amazing.
Cheers,
Eric

Hi Eric,
In this case I'd suggest you raise a ticket with client care as there quite a few things interconnected(especially the integration with Analytics).
Thanks

Let me check on this and revert. In the meanwhile can you share the QA URL?

In order to get to the order confirmation page you need to run through an order. There is a workaround where you don't need to enter any credit card details but it's a little bit of a process, i will send you a private message with the details.

Hi Eric,
Got the details. I'm looking into it. Can you also advise which report you're looking and the respective metrics?
Thanks

Hi Nikhil,
I am looking at the Spotlight report in Target Classic and i am specifically seeing an over reporting of all metrics except visitors. I've included a screenshot of what i am seeing. The total revenue should only be maximum 160, order should max out at 6, conversion rate around 30%, Average Order Value 25, RPV around 20.
Is possible i setup the test incorrectly?
Cheers,
Eric
