I'm currently working with Adobe Target and have set up A/B testing. However, I’m not seeing the delivery call status in the reports. Could someone help me understand what might be causing this issue?

assuming , integrated adobe target through adobe launch extension. Also install adobe experience platform extension and configure it for target to see call going through for target

If yes, can you please check your adobe target extension setting.
Adobe target extension has option called GDPR opt in enabled / disabled.
Can you please disabled it and check.
