How visits are counted in Adobe Target? (not AA)

If an activity runs on a "specific page", are the visits counted as the ones visiting "this" page or the ones visiting the site (irrespective of visiting this page or not)?

 Hey @emmak109

You are right. Target counts a visit only when the user qualifies for an activity which would happen on that specific page where the activity is setup.
