How to create "your favorite pages" campaign in Recommendations

We have both Analytics and Target.

I'm trying to figure out how I can use Recommendations to provide a list of the 3 urls a visitor clicks most often.  Or the 3 most recent pages visited.

What entity parameter/token could I include in the template to populate that - assuming Target and Analytics can communicate that.
