Hour of the Day Analytics Reporting for Target Activities

Hi,

When i view Target reports in Adobe Analytics, i see that all the activities are reported as 12 PM even though user might be active during the different time of the day.

What do i need to do in order to get Hour of the day working for Target Activities?
