Clicked an element reporting - HELP!

I have been running a test for just over a week, tracking a GIF vs static image. For reporting, we wanted to see how many people clicked the CTA on each version of the page.

I selected the clicked an element section when selecting reporting type, and did it all through Target rather than analytics.

I was expecting to see figures such as 18% vs 20% or 1,200 clicks vs 500 clicks. But when I look at the reporting it looks a lot different and I am struggling to understand it.

I have attached an image of what I am seeing, can anyone help me translate the primary reporting metric. What does 0.33% mean? What does the number after it mean? Is there anyway I can view it as a percentage of how many people have clicked or the actual figure?

Thanks in advance.

Hi @KyaSkilling ,

The conversion rate here states how many visitors converted i.e., clicked on the element. You can see the number of users who clicked next to the percentage.

For given screenshot-

4178 people viewed control experience, out of which only 6 clicked on the element i.e., 0.14% users

Similarly, 4193 users viewed experience B and only 14 clicked on the element, which is 0.33%

Thank you - thats what I thought. It just seems extremely low considering its the homepage banner with a large CTA for a very successful product. I was wondering if something wasn't reporting properly.
