Brand and Activity options are not displaying when am in Targeting mode

Hi,

 

Am using AEM6.4, integrated target successfully in AEM and created Activities/Offers under Personalization.
When i open a page and change mode to targeting, Brand and Activity dropdowns are not displaying.
Please help me with steps, how to get those options(dropdowns) in targeting mode.
