Audience- Repeat Visitor for App(Adobe Target)

Hi,

In Target Audience, there is an option of Repeat visitor. So, what's the exact definition of it in case of APP( Android and iOS)?

If they log-in it should identify them as a return visitor irrespective of the device they are on. Per this KB: https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/target/using/audiences/create-audiences/categories-audiences/... "A visitor profile is created in the local edge memory for each mbox call with new mboxPC . After 30 minutes of inactivity, the profile is saved to the Target database and is accessible from other edges. When a site visitor logs in mid-session and gets a 3rdpartyId , all previously-loaded profile attributes tied to the 3rdPartyId are immediately available."

@MihneaD what does "new mboxPC" refer to or mean?

If visitor views another mbox on my site, do they count as a return visitor? Or only if they have returned to the mbox of current activity they are viewing?
