Hi there,
I have set up an A/B test in Target and took out an element. To confirm what users will see, I checked the link in the QA url but the layout is still the same as that of the control. Is there somewhere else I should check to view what users will see to ensure they will be presented with the right layout for the test?
Thanks

Hi,
Can you please validate that your QA URLs have the "Match audience rules to see experiences" option enabled? If not, you can always grab the URL for the experience you want to check. You can refer to this link for more details: Activity QA in Adobe Target.

Hi and thanks for your response.
The link you sent me says if I turn the Match audience rules to see experiences' toggle is on, testers must meet the targeting requirements to be able to see the experience. I set the audience to all so I am not sure if that applies in this case.
Even when I toggled on to the "On" position, it still showed me the unedited experience, then suddenly the below appeared before it changed. When I tried the link on another browser without the Target Libraries, it did not work. Could you advise what else I should try as user will not have the Target Libraries? Thanks.

It shouldn't apply/be needed if you've set it to all visitors.
I'm not sure i follow. If the Target libraries are not implemented on the page, then the QA URLs and the Activity itself when published won't work.
I understand that not everyone will have the Target add-on installed on their browsers, but as long as the Target libraries are implemented, it shouldn't be needed.

@IboroEd I sometimes find that the QA urls aren’t always working s as expected. I prefer using a QA Audience to validate my activities. I’ve described how to use it here: https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-target-questions/adobe-target-qa-doesn-t-show...
Thanks
