In Recommendations it would be useful to be able to use just the logic filters in criteria instead of using custom criteria. You could have a simple “Custom” criteria logic type that uses the filter rules and a designated attribute for sort order/rank. This would give consistent API, feed and multi-environment support that custom criteria seem to be lacking.
