Display AAM Segment IDs in UI - Status changed to: Delivered

It would be helpful to see AAM segment IDs along with the audience name. We frequently need to cross reference audiences in AAM and "Audience Analytics" (mc_audiences) in our raw analytics data.

The new version of Audiences UI, released last year also includes this update, allowing uses to see the AAM segment ID inside the Target UI.
