Custom Criteria

Anyone knows how to adjust the time of update of each criteria. We have encountered a problem that the adobe custom criteria interrupted our ftp transactions.

Hi jingruw29152785​ There is currently no option to schedule a custom criteria. However our product team are aware that this would be a great asset to have and have this in the road map.

Hi Shruthi: understand, but for now, how should solve the issue if we don't know what should be a good time to send our file to ftp server, and let adobe to download the new feed.

7. Specify the time you want your feed to run. This option is based on the time zone used in your browser. If you want to use a time in a different time zone, you must calculate that time according to your time zone.

The feed will run any time after that time. Hope this helps.

Thanks Mike, i think this is only for feed under feed section not under custom criteria.

is that correct? i am looking for status on custom criteria, like when did the feed within custom criteria update and how did it take.
