Ability to decate different permissions for a single user within the same product profile property

Hi

In Adobe Target we use different properties to separate non-production from production environments.

It would be extremely desirable if we could set the permissions according to the property.

For example, users should be able to be APPROVER for the non-production property, but that same user should only be an OBSERVER in the production property

Is this level of role administration being considered?
