XDP with schema not able to initiate workflow

Hi,



I tried the example where a workflow is initiated by an email using xdp.

But the example doesn't mention anything about a form with a schema.

If the form doesn't have a schema then I cannot extract form fields in the workflow.



So I created a form with a schema. The root element is called tasks. And I put all the AWS_PROCESSTYPE and similar fields in that. Then I embedded the schema in the form and associated the bindings for the fields on the form.



On submitting the xdp by email I get an error on the server saying that AWS_PROCESSTYPE not found.



has anyone faced such a problem. I have read somewhere that these AWS fields should not be grouped or the workflow will not work.



can you tell me how to resolve this problem.

It is not required that you have a schema on your form in order to extract values. A similar post can be found here:
