We are trying the APS standalone, without installing the other modules.
Our configuration is:
Windows 2003 Enterprise, Jboss, SQL Server, Win2k LDap
When we start Jboss, we find in the adobeserver.log this entries
ERROR~com.adobe.edc.server.services.EDCStartupService~$$$/com/adobe/service/Service/UnregisterCFErr=Unable to unregister the connection factory EDCStartupService.
~ERROR~com.adobe.edc.server.services.EDCStartupService~javax.naming.NameNotFoundException: EDCStartupService not bound
javax.naming.NameNotFoundException: EDCStartupService not bound
Of course APS is not available.
When try to use the web interface we receive a page error message with the adobe icon
When we tray to access from Acrobat, the server is recognized but we fail when we want to create a rule.
A last consideration: if the installation is so difficult, how many troubles can we have in the advanced configuration (for example with SSL and the reverse proxy) and the policies' administration?
