I have a watched folder and need to write out the failure.log file
with the name of the sourced pdf file I passed in.
IE.
WatchedFolder\input\Test.pdf
WatchedFolder\failure\Test.log
As opposed to the default of:
WatchedFolder\failure\Test\failure.log
