Using the Purchase order example to add items to the next page

Hello,

I am trying to figure out with the Purchase order example how to keep adding Items to the purchase order so that the form will continue onto the next page. Currently comments, authorized and email move down to the next page but the line with the delete button does not.



Any ideas?
