Unable to write in textbox fields

Hi everybody!

I experience the following issue and as far as I could see nobody has written about it so I went ahead and started a new discussion.

OK, so what I did was to create a pdf form using one of the templates available at Adobe Designer v.7. The text boxes, radio buttons, submit button - everything worked perfect when I tested it on my PC (both using the PDF Preview function in Adobe Designer and opening the fill-in form with Acrobat Acrobat Prof by double clicking onto the file). However, when I sent the form to other people who just have the Acrobat Reader they were unable to write in the textboxes. When over a text field, the mouse cursor does turn into a big 'I' and it seems like a user can enter text, however, when they actually press the keyboard keys nothing happens. Any ideas as to why in the professional version the text boxes work okay and in the acrobat reader user is unable to enter text?

Btw, the radio buttons seem to work fine.

Thank you!
