We've created a series of forms using LiveCycle Designer 8.1 that submit the full PDF file to a ColdFusion receiver page which extracts data from a calculated field and uses that value along with other static characters and a time stamp to name each submitted PDF uniquely and with other required data.
Everything is working as desired with the exception of receiving about 1 or 2 forms a day where the form is completely blank which also results in the file name being blank - ".pdf" is all that shows up. Since the values that create the file name are required values along with a handful of other required fields, there should be no way that a PDF file would arrive at its destination without ANY data.
We're stumped. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
