Sticky Notes on Dynamic Forms

I am using Adobe Professional 8.1.0 with Lifecycle Designer to design a form with interactive elements producing an XML file as the output. The form I am designing has to cater for sticky notes and the reviewing tool in Adobe Acrobat. Also it has to cater for digital signatures and hiding subforms based on user selections. I would love to save my form as a dynamic form but the features mentioned above do not seem to work with Dynamic forms. Am I forced to save my form as a static form?

Saving the form as a static PDF is the only way I have found to add comments.

I print the design window view from Designer with all the subforms visible (as a PDF), then send the form out for comments.

Of course, this flattens the entire file as well.
