Someone point me in the right direction, is Livecycle Policy server what I want?

I am looking into studying/mastering the best software solution to secure for example ebooks (or digital editions) giving the end user a temporary license to read documents. From countless hours searching I think what I need is Adobe LiveCycle Policy Server, I want to start selling this software if it's the right one and if I'm on the right track, is there a license I can acquire to this software (like maybe a NFR not for resale license) that I can use? It may be possible to become a VAR, since users will require

substantial customisation and support services from someone who knows

the server product well.



If you want to evaluate the software and LiveCycle family, joining the

"Enterprise Developer Program"

(http://partners.adobe.com/public/asn/developer/detail.html) will give

you copies of LiveCycle products for your development and evaluation

(not production use, and not resale), for around $1500 per year.
