i have forms designed in livecycle designer.where can i get its server side components for publishing and managing forms.

There are various server products in the LiveCycle family. These include LiveCycle Forms, LiveCycle Form Manager, LiveCycle Workflow, LiveCycle Reader Extensions, and others. I suggest you check the Adobe web site to find out more on these.
