secure form so user cannot save

I am using LiveCycle 7. I have a form we would like to put on our website for users to fill out on-line, print, and mail to us. We do not want the user to be able to save or modify the form, just fill out. Specifically, our IT dept deosn't want to support an old version if we update it, as some people may save a version and keep using the old one. Our form is barcoded to capture the user's data. Is there a way to secure the document so that someone with Designer and/or Acrobat Pro couldn't just bring the form up from our website, save the form and keep using it?

You can't stop a file from being saved. But, you can use DRM

techniques which control whether a file can be opened. I think it is

LiveCycle Policy Server you need to look at, though I may be wrong.
