restricting no. of times of print?

I have developed a Java program which generates PDF using iText. This PDF will be displayed on end-user screen in his/her browser.



Now I want to restrict the end-user that he/she can print PDF document only ONE time.



Can I do this with Policy Servers? If yes, then can I use Policy Server from Java code?
