I am in the process of creating an Engineering Change Order form for my company using Abode Livecycle Designer 8.0. One thing that I am wondering is if there is a way to do the following:

The user has to answer the question: Customer Notification Required? YES or NO (YES and NO will be a radio button group so that only one can be checked). If the user selects 'YES' then they are required to fill out the customer notification page but if 'NO' then the customer notification page is not required. I would like it so that when 'YES' is selected the customer notification page (field) is unlocked but if the response is 'NO' then it will remain locked (best case would be that the page/field is not included in the final file but that can be corrected manually if it's not possible to do it automatically).
I am a novice at this and I apologise if this is simple stuff.
