Has anyone created a PDF form that acts like a wizard. It would use a tabbed or next page approach. I do not want all the pages in the PDF to show up when the form loads but rather appear when I click on a tab or next page. I tried to hide pages, but the page still appears but is blank. Any ideas or sample would really help me out.
