New User - flatten form fields on save

Hi. I wish to set up "master forms", which when filled out, upon saving (to a new file name) automatically flatten the form fields. Is this possible? At the moment, even when i try to flatten them manually, it says this cannot be done because of xml content.

I am using LiveCycle Designer8.

Any help would be great. Thanks

For anyone else with this issue, I found the easiest way (I had spent days writing the forms in Designer) was to remove all security/passwords in Designer, then print the filled forms via Adobe PDF printer in Acrobat, as suggested by Bill@VT.
