Losing Numerical Information After Tabbing through....

I am currently working in LiveCycle Designer 7.0. Users are having problems with a Numerical Field. Once they tab through it reverts back to $0.00 rather them keeping the amount entered into the form. I have not been able to duplicate this error. However, several users have had the same thing happen in IE Explorer and Adobe Reader.



Appreciate any help in getting this formatted correctly.
