LiveCycle 8.0 keeps shutting down

This has happened twice today and at the end of creating a form. A box comes up in the middle of the screen that says "this program has encountered a problem and needs to shut down" and within seconds it shuts completely down. This time I'm saving as I go, but it's hard to remember to do that when you're trying to concentrate.



Any ideas what this could be?
