Linking within a PDF

Hi all - I'm attempting to create links within a PDF which will link to various locations within the same PDF. I basically have a table of contents at the top of the PDF which then link to sections further down.....I'm not sure how to do this/what objects to use/what scripting. I've searched the Help section in LiveCycle but I don't see anything relating to this unless I've missed it.....any help will be greatly appreciated!

Did you ever figure this out because I am trying to do the same thing.

I also need to provide a link to another location within the same form. Is there a way to do this?

Unlike Acrobat forms, AcroForms, LiveCycle Designer doe not have a link tool or named destinations. You will have to create a button and use the the 'setFocus()' method.
