Linking a Form to a Database to return information.

I've created a form with LiveCycle Designer. I want it to return information from a SQL Database.

Example: When I enter say the Account Number into that field and press the search button. It will return and populate other fields like Name, Address, City, State, Zipcode. Can someome help me with this or point me to some resources? Thank You

If you want to interact with a server-side database, there are a few ways, but the best is probably to use a web service. Web services are supported if the user is using Acrobat (i.e. not the free Reader), or if the PDF file has the necessary usage rights enabled. I think that enabling web services requires LiveCycle Reader Extensions (or whatever that's called now), which you would have to pay for.
