Is it possible to automatically fill in a text box?

I am creating a form that my end user will fill out with consultant info...phone number, fax, e-mail, etc. What I am wondering is, is there a way to have these same fields fill in automatically for our companys info? That way the form has the same look and the text can be edited if need be. Thanks for any help you can give.

Set the default values of the fields. Object --> Value tab.
