Importing XML file into form

Another new person to Adobe LiveCycle and I have version 8 of Acrobat Professional. Great product if you could find a book! I created a test form, entered some data and sent the data in an email. I received the XML data but cannot figure out how to view the XML data back in the original form. Also, if you have multiple XML files how do you combine them together for viewing?
