Sorry to be thick but I have been trying to do this for hours and I'm about to have a breakdown :-(. I'm trying to do something very simple but can't get it right. I am using the script editor in livecycle 8, choosing show>calculate, language>formCalc, Runat>client, i want a simple calculation to execute (which I am fine with) but only if the user has selected a specific value in another column. My current attempt is
if [ftal1==AL] then [dayRm1=(yrTotal-dayReq1)]
The only language I know is PHP and MySQL so I'm guessing using this knowledge but I'm obviously barking up the wrong tree. Can anybody help me?
