How to wrap text but disallow carriage returns? (LiveCycle Designer 8.05)

I've only recently started using LiveCycle to create forms for my work, but I've encountered a problem that I'd really appreciate tips on how to get around!



Is there any way to get text to wrap when entered into text fields, but to disallow the use of carriage returns, ie. the 'enter' key? I know that 'allow multiple lines' will achieve the first, but ticking this option also allows entering carriage returns, whereas without it this key is disabled.



Would this be achievable by scripting code? Any help or recommendations on other appropriate forums to ask would be greatly appreciated!

I do not know of a way to disable CRs, unnless you strip them out using Javascript parsing commands on the exit of the field.
