How do i create a row of check boxes that only allows the end user to select one?

Sorry if this has been explained before but I am new to LiveCycle and can not find the answer. At first I used check boxes that allow you to select more than one but when the user returns the PDF form I could see their results. Then I tried the Radio button which worked in terms of allowing the user to only select one but when the form was returned the answers that were selected did not appear on the response form!!! Really stuck and would really appreciate some help.

Kindest regards

Hi Layla-jane,

You may fine this article helpful-

There is a link to an example LCD PDF with code for examination, as well as a description about export values in the text.

Hope this helps,
